![]() I felt unimportant and like a second thought. We waited 23 minutes to be seated and we were the 5th group in our line (2 of those 5 were single diners). I would have also understood seating 2-3 VIP groups then 1 Premier group or something like that. While I understand preferential treatment for VIP's, just how many VIP's are there? A ton apparently. ![]() I asked the person seating people and he replied "Well they're VIP's". They seated 32 people from the other line and 3 from the line I was in. We had 2 free buffets with our stay but not sure how I would have felt to pay almost $40 a person! The other line was being seating faster than ours so I started counting. There are 2 lines, we stood in the Premier line as that's what our card was. We went around 5:15 hoping to beat the dinner crowd. I'm really on the fence about the buffet. Hopefully when the outdoor pool opens next year it will have a bit more flair. I don't care how few people were in the pool, it was very unprofessional. The life guard was lounging on a reclining chair on his phone. We went at night when it was supposed to be adult swim (from 7-10:00) and there were kids there. The pool room is VERY hot and the pool VERY cold. ![]() Here's what we didn't like: The indoor pool is open. The room was awesome, very large, comfortable and clean. The decor is fantastic, exactly what you would expect from the Hard Rock.
